The twin room was comfortable.
I encountered some issues that left a bit of a sour taste. The sound from the neighboring rooms was quite noticeable. The bathroom fixtures seemed dated . Although I appreciated the front desk staff's friendly demeanor, these problems certainly dampened my enjoyment of the visit.

The front desk staff stood out with really good friendliness and assistance, especially the glasses-wearing worker who helped with a last-minute taxi to the airport. The twin room was spacious and comfortable. Square hamburgers were a hit. Their unique shape added fun to our dining experience. A couple of drawbacks included outdated bathroom fixtures and occasional noise from neighboring rooms, but overall, the hospitality made a positive impact.

Gotta say, the front desk feller was as friendly as a warm biscuit outta the oven, helpin' us get a last-minute taxi. The twin room was neat and comfy as could be, just what we needed. Only thing was, the bathroom kinda made some noise from the next room, but I reckon you find that anywhere. A real pleasant stay!

My recent stay at Hotel Santa Rosa was fantastic. The location was perfect - just one block from the zocalo and two blocks from the cathedral. The room was clean and quiet at night, ensuring a comfortable stay. The front desk worker with glasses, who was there , was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the discount offered for paying in cash was a nice bonus.
